We are hosting online sitting opportunities, whereby people may practice meditation together virtually. These sessions are held three times a week: once on Wednesdays at noon Colorado time for 40 minutes, and again on Fridays and Sundays at 11 am for 40 minutes. It is fine to join a session late or leave early.
